I went to the grocery store first thing this morning. I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect as my wife has been the one doing shopping last few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised to find most people socially distancing, in addition to an almost fully stocked paper products aisle ( including toilet paper and paper towels) . There was even pasta and pasta sauce. I still didn’t see any disinfectant cleaning supplies like 409.
Overall I'm hopeful the supply chain is catching up and the hoarding is going down.

You’re behind the times. Now, it’s apparently yeast, hair dye, and hair clippers that are being hoarded. Of course by saying that, I’m probably already behind the times.

Many supermarkets in the U.K. have returned to semi normality but with reduced range on a few products.

My wife is not happy that when this started she was a week away from her hair appointment. I'm fine, I clip my hair (what is left) down to a #1 guard (3mm) weekly. We can cut the boys hair as well, but my daughters will need a trim when we get out.

Now that our stores have been limiting occupancy, meats are finally available (not just pigs’ feet and organs!) but the paper products are still totally cleaned out. Eggs and baking goods almost all seem to be missing.
Produce is plentiful, which is nice. I’ve never seen better strawberries because people aren’t buying stuff that goes bad in 3 days. I still am.
I was also glad yesterday to finally see more than 50% of shoppers wearing masks. Maybe 70%+.

Also cigarettes, people seem to be hoarding full cartons, but just on the major brands. Think that's a recent development.

We have several relatives who are having their hairdresser come to their house. We’ve tried to reason with them, but vanity is going to win.

I was at Target last night. They did have a decent stock of TP and overall not bad but still many empty shelves. It was actually my first time using a mask and I was in good company- probably at least 80%

My wife will just wear a hat if she has to.

About 80% masks from my trip this morning. There were still one or two people without masks and generally ignoring any semblance of social distancing.

Same here. It’s like anyone who gives a crap has a mask, and everyone else is just shopping like LEEROY JENKINS !
